Who can give stock tips in India legally?

The trend of quick earnings through stock market has grown constantly in India. Thousands of new traders are joining the share market trading and opting for share market tips from various financial advisors firms. These investors have only one goal in their mind, to make a maximum profit through their investment. Every trader thinks a lot of time before investing anywhere in the market and waste a lot of time at being skeptical. A new trader with little knowledge can never have an optimum solution to when, where and how to trade. Luckily, there are various third-party advisors working in the market to provide stock tips, but who are and who can provide it legally? This has been a major concern for the traders.
To prevents them from fraudsters and mismanagement of their capital, The Securities Exchange Board Of India (SEBI) has undertaken the responsibility to provide authority to give financial advice and share market tips to investors. Advisories and Research firms which are registered with the SEBI have rights to provide financial advice, market calls, market news and updates etc. These firms work under the protocols of the SEBI. A share market advisory or a research firm are bounded by the rules and regulations by SEBI. They need to provide calls, intraday tips and other information based on research and market analysis.
